The scheduled departure form the Bay Area and coming home after the meet are still up in the air, but we are talking about leaving late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Then leaving LA to come home on Monday morning. For those of you who work, be prepared to possibly request for Monday (5/17) off, unless you want to come home right after the meet.
As far as the Hotel information goes, we will probably stay at the Residence Inn, Long Beach again, as we have the past couple of years. The hotel is close to the freeway and close to David's house. Due to the increase in people driving down this year, we are going to need to take the extra time to prepare and plan to accomodate everyone.
The suite's that we reserve, have 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 fold out couch with plenty of floor space. Last year we slept about 6 to a room.
Please respond with your name and if you are bringing any significant others or friends. Also, please list if you are going to need your own room.
I'd like to make reservations ASAP, and make sure we are all together.
